Membership pricing
Choose €50 per month or €500 per year at checkout. The subscription renews at the selected interval until cancelled. Access requires an active subscription. No free trial is included.
How to open your map
After purchase, use your confirmation and sign in with the same email address as at checkout, then open Portugal Ultimate. If a paid purchase does not unlock access, contact WiserTrail support with your order number. Do not buy another subscription to troubleshoot access.
Important trip information
Area markers are approximate destination overviews, not confirmed ticket entrances or safe trail access points. Check official admission conditions, transport, seasonal weather and safety notices. Visit durations and journey transfers are independent editorial estimates, not reserved arrangements. Accommodation, flights, guides, meals, attraction tickets and local transport are not included.
Favourites and trip notes are stored in the browser on your device, not automatically synced across phones and computers. Download your notes before changing devices or clearing browsing data. Offline map tiles are not included.
Open your purchased map
After purchase, sign in with the same email you used at checkout. Go to My Maps and choose the correct edition, or open this member map.
If access remains locked, use the access guide and contact support with the order number. Do not purchase again to fix a locked map.

Manage renewal or request cancellation
Sign in to your WiserTrail customer account using the email address used at checkout, then open your membership details. Check the next billing date and the effective date shown in any cancellation confirmation. Read the subscription policy for the applicable terms.
If you cannot find your membership or cancellation controls, email wisertrail@gmail.com with your order number and map name. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
