Explorer provides an independent starting point for discovering the destination. Ultimate includes the Explorer selection plus additional places and route collections, with more options for building a multi-day journey.
Travel planning update: Paris Explorer includes three ready-to-add route choices: the Marais, a Louvre-and-gardens day and a left-bank art-and-gardens plan. All routes are flexible, and admission, travel times and venue opening need independent confirmation.
Membership pricing
€25.00 per month or €250.00 per year. Annual access gives 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments. The annual amount is billed upfront.
Your selected monthly or annual membership renews until cancelled. Review the recurring amount and cancellation conditions at checkout. Access requires an active subscription. No free trial is included.
How to open and use your map
- Open your map: once your purchase is confirmed, use the link in your membership access guide or open Paris Explorer.
- Sign in: use the same email address you entered at checkout. A different account will not show your purchase.
- Start exploring: choose a destination or interest, save places and add them to My Trip. Use Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions.
The PDF is your access guide. The interactive map opens in your browser. Map tiles, external sources and navigation require internet.
Keep your plans: favourites, notes and your itinerary are stored in this browser, not synced between devices. Download your personal trip guide before switching devices or clearing browser data. The downloaded guide can be read offline.
I paid but the map is still locked. What should I do?
Check that you are signed in with your checkout email and have opened the edition you purchased. If access is still missing, contact wisertrail@gmail.com with your order number and map name. Please do not buy again to solve an access problem.
Plan with current information
Place notes include source references, planning tips, editorial visit-time allowances and relevant practical information where researched. Confirm current opening hours, admissions, accessibility, weather and transport with the venue or operator. A documented reference point is not a confirmed visitor entrance.
Frequently asked questions
Does this work on my phone?
The interactive map is designed for a mobile browser. Map tiles, navigation apps and reference links need internet. Downloaded trip guides support offline reading; offline map tiles are not included.
Are tickets, meals or bookings included?
No. This is a self-service digital travel product. Tickets, accommodation, transport, meals and guided activities are purchased separately.
Is every place open right now?
No live opening-status service is included. Source dates record online reviews, and operator information can change.

Open your purchased map
After purchase, sign in with the same email you used at checkout. Go to My Maps and choose the correct edition, or open this member map.
If access remains locked, use the access guide and contact support with the order number. Do not purchase again to fix a locked map.

Explorer: 48 distinct places. Ultimate: 66 selected places. Places and route collections differ by tier.
New venues include source references and named-place navigation links. Many overview pins refer to a destination area, not a confirmed ticket entrance. Confirm opening hours, admission and the correct meeting point with the operator.
Manage renewal or request cancellation
Sign in to your WiserTrail customer account using the email address used at checkout, then open your membership details. Check the next billing date and the effective date shown in any cancellation confirmation. Read the subscription policy for the applicable terms.
If you cannot find your membership or cancellation controls, email wisertrail@gmail.com with your order number and map name. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
